Who does the work?
I do all consulting alone, including interviews, assessment, reporting, recommendations and agreed follow-up.
Can the audit cover the full development cycle?
Yes. The agreed scope can cover stakeholders and governance through architecture, development and implementation. Depth follows the review questions and the relevant evidence.
Is all engagement information confidential?
Yes. It stays between me and the client’s authorized recipients. I never discuss one client with another or reuse engagement information in marketing, case studies or publications.
